Today is a big day for me in Fantasy Baseball. I pulled off a blockbuster trade.
Dice K for Prince Fielder straight up!
Jason Giambi for Gary Sheffield straight up as well.
The trade now gives me depth at 1b and does not really hurt in the pitching Category, having Tim Hudson and Adam Wainwright on my bench.
Let hope that Prince can pick up the pace a little in the second half and give me those big power number.

Looks pretty even to me...and you also lost Dice K.
Trades are about Risk, if the risk pays off and he has the numbers like last season and the Brewers continue to win and try and contend for the Central he will play. Have to worry if the Yankees do not come around and start winning will Giambi stay at first base or will they bring up a prospect! No one knows that is the risk in any trade. Dice-k was just part of the trade that needed to happen to get Fielders Keeper value.
